Our services
Tensr Link designs, installs, and supports fiber internet and network infrastructure for buildings in Kenya. The scope of any project is defined in a written proposal or contract.
Your responsibilities
Where we work on your property, you agree to give us reasonable access to the site and accurate information about the building. You are responsible for any consents, permits, or approvals that apply to your development.
Acceptable use
Services we provide may not be used for anything unlawful, for interfering with other users of the network, or for activities that damage equipment. We may suspend or terminate services if these rules are broken.
Payment
Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in the proposal or contract for your project. Late payment may lead to suspension of services.
Liability
We take care to deliver our services to a professional standard. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the Kenyan courts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
