Internet is building infrastructure. We treat it that way.
Tensr Link was started because connectivity is still an afterthought in most new developments. It should be planned the same way electricity, water, and lifts are.
A new apartment block goes up in Kenya. The lifts work, the water runs, the generator kicks in during a blackout. Then a tenant moves in, unpacks, and spends the next three weeks calling providers, waiting for site visits, and negotiating shared risers.
That gap is what we exist to close. We meet developers early, design the network alongside the building, and install connectivity before the first tenant arrives. The result is a property that feels finished on the day it opens.
We are not trying to be the biggest provider in Kenya. We are trying to be the one that developers, property managers, and owners can rely on when they are planning a serious project — whether that calls for fiber, wireless, or both.
A straightforward sequence.
- 01Site survey
We walk the site with your team and review the drawings to understand risers, ducts, and access.
- 02Network design
We plan routes, equipment locations, and capacity based on how the property will be occupied — fiber, wireless, or both.
- 03Installation
We work alongside other trades during construction, install neatly, and label every run.
- 04Handover
We document the network, activate services, and stay available for support after occupancy.
